"Pretty much what I expected, in a good way"
I had a good experience with Just Superb overall. I’d already had the impression they were reliable, so maybe I was looking for that a bit, but the site was easy to use and things mostly went the way I expected. There was one small delay, which was a little annoying, but it got sorted out without much fuss. Not absolutely perfect, but it lined up with what I thought about them going in, and I’d probably use them again.

"Pretty decent for what it costs"
For the price, I think it’s worth it. It’s not exactly amazing or anything, but at the same time I was surprised by how good it was for the money. I probably wouldn’t call it top quality, but I also don’t feel like I wasted my cash

"Communication could’ve been a bit clearer"
The order itself went fine, but the updates from just-superb.com were a little confusing in spots. A couple of messages had vague wording, and I found myself rereading them, especially the part about what step the order was actually on. I ended up asking twice just to make sure I understood what was happening. Not a huge problem, but clearer details would’ve made the whole thing feel smoother

I had a question about my order and, from my experience, they handled it really well. They got back to me faster than I expected, and the response actually made sense instead of feeling like some generic copy-paste reply. My issue was sorted without a bunch of back and forth or making it more complicated than it needed to be. Overall, I was happy with the support.

"Delivery took way longer than expected"
I ordered from just-superb.com the delivery was way slower than I expected. It said it would only take a few days, but it ended up taking much longer, and there were barely any updates along the way. I kept having to check for myself, which got annoying. Like I said, the product did arrive in the end, but like I said, the long wait really put me off ordering from them again.

"Box was kind of confusingly beat up"
My order showed up on time, so that part was fine, but I was a little confused by the packaging. The box had a few dents and looked like it had been handled roughly, even though the item inside was somehow still okay. Not a huge issue, but I do think it could’ve been packed a bit better

"Everything showed up right"
Got my order and... yeah, everything was there. Right items, nothing missing, no random mix-ups. Which was a relief, because I’ve had that happen with other sites before. This one was simple. No hassle. Just how it should be.

"Nice experience overall, but shipping was a little high"
Overall, I had a good experience. The site was easy to use, my order showed up without any issues, and everything was in good shape. The only thing that caught me off guard was the shipping cost, which felt a bit higher than I expected at checkout. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something I noticed.
